County Road 17 in Minneapolis and Edina
Hennepin County is improving France Avenue (County Road 17) between 44th and 51st Street, along the border of Edina and Minneapolis. We'll update and improve the pedestrian ramps at several intersections, and repave France Avenue with fresh asphalt for a smoother and more comfortable road.
Construction updates
Paving and intersection improvements on France Avenue are complete.
Be alert for short-term, single-lane closures as crews install the permanent lane striping and wrap up the final ramp and curb work at Market Street.
